We implement multi-level marketing strategies that benefit our clients with every transaction. We have extensive access to information about the community including schools, populations, recreation, entertainment, home values, growth potential and surrounding areas. Many of our agents live in the areas we serve and therefore can more accurately overcome potential obstacles and focus on the unique needs of our clients.
We are well-equipped to list and sell commercial properties as well. Today's growing number of real estate investors are searching our area and growth and new development are happening in our community.
The real estate market is always changing and as a result, our agents regularly attend training sessions and events to further their knowledge and be sure that they are focusing on current conditions that affect today's buyers and sellers. This type of training is imperative if we are to be successful in obtaining top dollar on home sales. Our goal is to make sure that we satisfy the special needs of all of our clients and at the same time make the process and transactions go as smoothly as possible.
Gail Curtis
Gail got her real estate license in 1996. She worked for Century21 Horizon Realty in West Branch for 7 years. For many years Gail stayed at home taking care of her family and helping with community projects.
Knowing she was capable, Gail got back into real estate in 2017 and went back to school to get her brokers license. She opened 31Realty in 2018 fulfilling a lifelong dream of opening her own real estate company where the focus would be on helping customers. It took 31 years to achieve this.
Today Gail is happy to help people find a place they can call home. She firmly believes everyone deserves a place to call home.
Cori Courtemanche
Cori has a large family and enjoys spending time with them and at the golf course. Cori got her real estate license in 1995 and worked in the Bay City area.
After moving North, Cori decided to stay home to raise her children. The Courtemanche family owns The Nightmare and The Dream Golf Courses located in West Branch.
For many years Cori has helped family and friends with their housing needs and decided to get back into real estate in 2019. The idea of teaming up with another women with a similar work ethic and honest approach was appealing. She joined 31 Realty and never looked back.
Cori is enjoying meeting new people and assisting them in their search for a new place to call home.
Todd Johnson
Todd's professional career began by working for a logging company on the west side of the state and from there moved onto a large forest products manufacturer. He held positions from a Field Forester to Mill Manager until he finally was able to make his life-long dream come true of owning his own business.
T D Johnson Forestry formed in 2021 so he could focus on his true passion of improving wildlife habitat and forest health on private lands across Northern Michigan. Being able to guide his clients through the process of selling and purchasing more land was a natural fit in his land management company and the driving force in obtaining his real estate license. He is excited and honored to join Gail and the team at 31Realty!
